Revisiting Clients in London, The Doherty’s

Two years ago my cousin Kirstie asked me to go over to London and do a family portrait for her. It was great, we had loads of fun in the garden as we were blessed with a beautiful day and Caitlin was just so good! So I was very excited to go back to meet their new arrival, Charlotte and do some family/newborn shots. Tea, coffee, cake and more cake later we managed to get a good variety with all involved. Thank you guys for thinking of me again and I am so happy you love the pics. Its so great to be a part of a family growing up! xx

Fine Art Mythical Project

I've had this vision in my head of a shoot for ages, I wanted a classic model to portray an almost mystical feel on a dark day at the beach. I am lucky enough to know Barbara Glynn, a lovely Audrey Hepburn looking girl who was kind enough to offer her services as my model and my dear friend Jenny Moore, who is an excellent make-up artist helped me to create the look I wanted. The evening was perfect, Id found the right outfit and we had worked to create lovely make-up. All ready to rock and roll on the beach when the heavens just opened up!! All the preparation and I literally shot for 4 minutes! If I had had a waterproof casing for my camera, poor Babs would have been stuck in the rain for a lot longer. even though the rain was not a pleasant surprise it did work well with the shots as she looks like she literally emerged from the sea behind her. Thanks Barbara and Jennie, you helped me create some beautiful shots.

Quack and Dirk Summer Fashion Shoot

Photos taken in St Annes Park in Dublin portraying a sexy vintage 70’s Glamour fashion shoot from the wonderful boutique store Quack and Dirk. I had approached Deirdre Mahon, the founder of Quack and Dirk and explained I would love to work with her on a fashion shoot for her new summer Collection. She was delighted and excited about the coming shoot. We found a beautiful model Ariadna Casany and together with the awesome Edwina Akano to work on the make-up we had the most magical team. It was a perfect day, with perfect lighting. Here’s to many more!! xxx
